Andy Smith

Andy Smith joined ISG in early 2021 as Vice President. An entrepreneur at heart, Andy started repairing hydraulic torque wrenches at the age of 16, and subsequently when he turned 18, he started his first business, selling industrial bolting tools. From there his experience led him to own and operate a local industrial bolting solutions company for 14 years. Before joining ISG, he was involved in hands on training and education in the industrial bolting industry.

With his energy and vast sales and management experience, Andy combines his business and insurance expertise to help his clients find an insurance plan that meets, or exceeds, all of their needs and addresses their concerns. As a former business owner, he is passionate for helping small to large businesses.

Andy is a proud graduate of Wichita East High School and he has been very involved in the community as a Wichita Wagonmaster since 2015. Andy has one son who is in college, and he enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his family.
